NRS is a comprehensive rehabilitation program with over 25 years of clinical experience in neuropsychology - the relationship between behavior and cognitive brain functions. We provide answers and solutions to problems ranging from acute brain insults and head injuries, to chronic disease conditions such as Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, and learning disabilities in children.
Dr. Robert Sica, the director, is a board certified neuropsychologist with an extensive background including participating in the creation of the National Head Injury Foundation (currently named the Head Injury Association) and the New Jersey Head Injury chapter, as an advisory board member. He also created one of the original five programs treating traumatic brain injuries in New Jersey in the late 1970's.
